SUBMISSION AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Providing personal data is mandatory in order to contact and receive information about QUESOS EL HIDALGO’s products and services. Subscription to our newsletter is expressly required should you wish to receive regular updates on all products and news.

Failure to provide the requested personal data or to accept this data protection policy will make it impossible to subscribe, register, or receive information about QUESOS EL HIDALGO’s products and services.

Purchase and sale: The Data Controller is LACTEOS CUQUERELLA S.L., for the purpose of processing purchase requests and including clients in the contact database. The legal basis for processing is the contractual relationship arising from the sale, and your consent in cases where you request to receive information via WhatsApp, SMS or email. Your data will not be transferred to third parties unless legally required. Data may be shared with the platform provider for statistical purposes only. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
